If for any reason you receive your order and are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange or store credit within 14 days of your original purchase. Please note that the sales receipt and original packaging must be returned at the time of the exchange. Additionally, the items must be returned to DAVIDOR in their original, unworn, undamaged, unaltered condition. Exchanges and store credits will not be permitted after 14 days. DAVIDOR.com does not offer any refunds on returned items and only permits exchanges or store credit which is valid for 12 months from the time of your initial purchase.
You can exchange your item by contacting DAVIDOR Customer Service by phone or email or in any DAVIDOR Boutique location (excluding shop-in-shop locations).
Please be aware that any items that have been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted for exchange or store credit unless determined defective. Some exclusions may apply.
